Each cruise line has specific health and safety requirements you must meet in order to cruise. They may include a mandatory pre-boarding health screening, requiring all adult guests traveling on specific ships or destinations to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to have proof of negative SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test result (in addition to proof of vaccination).

WEATHER CONDITIONS

In case of wind over 6 Bf, the captain has the authority to decide if:

The agreed route will be redesigned to provide maximum comfort and safety and inform the customer. If there is a price difference between the new itinerary and the original one the customer will be reimbursed.
Τhe client will be informed of an alternative date for the initially chosen tour.

PAYMENTS TERMS

A down-payment of 50% to book the touris required & the remaining amount 50% one day before the schedule cruise. You are kindly requested to send the receipt of payment with your details mentioned in our email.
For last minute bookings, a 100% payoff 100% during check in

CANCELLATION TERMS

Should the client not appear on the date of embarkation, Infinity Rib Cruises are entitled to retain the whole amount of the charter.
In the event of cancellation by the client for any reason, the following cancellation policy applies depending on the cancellation date:
- More than 20 days before embarkation: The whole prepaid amount will be refunded.
- 20 – 4 days before boat embarkation: The cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount.
- 3 days and less prior to boat embarkation: The cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount

USE OF SEA TOYS OR OTHER ACTIVITIES TERMS

Any passenger who uses the sea toys provided onboard takes full responsibility in case of an accident during said use. Infinity Rib Cruises is not to be held accountable for any accident during use of said equipment , or any other activities added in the future, unless otherwise specified. More specifically:
In the case of children, their parents or guardians accompanying them during the tour, are held accountable for the use of sea toys by the children, or during the activities, they are responsible for the children’s safety.
